Today we’re happy to announce yet another important feature for Hiveage: online payments with Square. Now you can easily connect your Square merchant account to Hiveage, offering your customers a seamless and simple way to make payments on Hiveage invoices.
We have received many requests to add Square as a payment method—not surprising considering how popular it is amongst business owners—and we’re excited to deliver on our promise to integrate.
Square is one of the most feature-rich and advanced payment processing solutions available for businesses, with a multitude of options and tools to cater to any industry. Square can power your brick and mortar payments, while supporting e-commerce and online payments using their API.
With Square and Hiveage integration, you can process invoices online for a flat fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per invoice. In addition to Square’s security and convenience, you can deposit sales into your account as quickly as the next business day. The integration is currently available in the US and Canada.
Signing up for a Square account is easy and affordable: there are no monthly fees, contracts or commitments.
Connecting your Square merchant account to Hiveage takes only a few minutes: simply log into your Square account, go to the Developer Portal to generate your Application ID and Personal Access Token, and paste these into the Square module in Hiveage.
