What do I need to get started?

Hiveage is web-based, so all you need is an Internet connection and a modern browser. There’s nothing to install and you can start sending professional invoices as soon as you sign up.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel later?

Absolutely, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. Please refer our terms and refund policy for more details.

Do you accept other forms of payment for upgrades?

Yes, you can use PayPal as an alternative payment method. However, please note that PayPal is only supported for yearly billing cycle payments.

What about my data? How do I get it into Hiveage? How do I get it out?

Freshbooks and Harvest users can use our handy data import interface, and we also support importing your data in CSV format. You can also export your Hiveage data at any time as CSV.

Do I need a credit card?

No, you don’t need a credit card to start using Hiveage. Upgrading your account, however, will require one.
