Managing Contacts

You can add multiple contact persons for a contact (i.e., a client or vendor listed in CRM) so that invoices could be sent to multiple recipients at once.

To add contact persons to a contact listed in the CRM:

  1. Select the contact under CRM

    Connection under Network
  2. From the Options menu, select Manage Contacts.

    Select Manage Contacts
  3. Click New Contact.

    Click New Contact
  4. Add the contact information, and hit Save.

    Hit Save

    You can also edit and delete contacts from the Manage Contacts screen.
